Meet Kerry McCarthy 

The Sarasota Gulf Coast is one of a kind. Kerry McCarthy knew she found a gem in 2009 when she and her family moved to the community from Fairfield County, Connecticut. Now ranked as the "top five places to live" by U.S. News & World Report, Sarasota has something for everyone. Beyond its pristine beaches and warm gulf waters, a fun and lively art culture and "A" rated schools await families and seasonal residents alike.

Kerry developed a passion for real estate in Vail, Colorado, and while working with Round Hill Partners in Greenwich, Connecticut. As a licensed Realtor since 2004, she enjoys helping people buy and sell family homes, vacation retreats, and investment properties in central Sarasota, Lido Key, St. Armand's Circle, Longboat Key, and beyond.

As a proud member of the Coldwell Banker family, Kerry values hard work, integrity, providing outstanding service to clients, and community involvement. As a Sarasota High School Advisory Council member and through other volunteer service, Kerry has established relationships with some of Sarasota's best educational institutions and nonprofit organizations, including Forty Carrots Family Center and Southside Elementary School.

Kerry's knowledge of the area's real estate market and deep engagement in the community help those relocating to the area get on the fast track to Sarasota living. She is also adept at assisting those already living in the area to find their next homes.

Lucky enough to be a Lido Key resident, Kerry's favorite pastimes include going for sunset swims and riding bikes to St. Armand's Circle for a delicious meal with her husband and two sons. She also enjoys playing golf and attending local concerts and sporting events.
